Experience playing in a classic 17th Century oboe band with music for ensembles of oboes and bassoons.
All levels of ability welcomed.
If a nice ensemble emerges, it may perform a piece the Early Music concert on Juky 26th as a concert surprise.
You Tube has good examples of the very playable but rarely performed oboe band music.
Don't be shy about your skill level. The more players, the better. Meet other players and hone your skills together.
Enjoy a stunningly rich musical experience for double reed players.
